Led by ATAP Division Director Cameron Geddes and Deputy Division Director for Operations Asmita Patel, with support from the ATAP operations team, the retreat theme was Strategy, Innovation, and Collaboration: Advancing Our Mission Together. Joanna Martinez-Page, a senior leadership organizational development specialist at the Berkeley Lab Learning & Culture Office, facilitated structured exercises throughout the event. It was an opportunity to connect with colleagues across programs as we developed core strategies. The event also focused on synergies and collaboration opportunities among ATAP’s programs and identified potential applications for our work. We also discussed the culture survey, identifying priorities for workforce development and stewardship values and integrating these into our strategic priorities.
